Consultations are always free, no pressure and no obligation. This is a chance for you and I to meet virtually or in person and get to know each other, talk about your goals, and make sure we are a good fit, if you decide to work with me.

This is my signature coaching program spanning 3 months with accountability coaching built in. This program provides you with educational lessons on the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: Physical activity; Whole food, plant based eating; Restorative sleep; Stress management; Social connection; and Avoiding risky substances.
This program begins with a foundation session to determine your goals and priorities as well as what challenges you may face along the way. We set goals together and co-create the plan necessary for you to reach your goals. Then we follow up in the app, virtually, in-person, and during group sessions as you need and feel comfortable with.

Accountability coaching sessions are already built in to the Lifestyle as Medicine program but we customize that program based on the amount of accountability you’ll need and what kind of accountability makes the most sense. Whether that’s meeting you in person for check-ins, messaging occasionally in the app, or getting together for group sessions with others who share your struggles or goals I can make it happen.
Even after we set up your specific programming we can always add in additional sessions and sessions types whenever it’s necessary.

In-person and virtual workshops are available on specific lifestyle topics as well as other areas of expertise. I also host vision board workshops for groups and individuals who are interested in going through a general or topic related vision exercise.
